Since 2011, I have helped more than 150 companies in the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa grow from 7-figure to 9-figure businesses by supercharging their people practices.

I’ve worked in and around HR for over 15 years. I’ve served as an advisor to Big 4 and Tier 1 management consulting firms, written test questions for SHRM certifications, and I now advise and create content for ambitious founders and HR leaders.

My clients have ranged in size from 50 to 60,000 employees and revenues from a couple of million dollars to more than $20 billion. Now, my goal is to help every startup founder and leader get HR right the first time and make HR a growth accelerator for their company.
