Hey there! I’m Nahed Khairallah

Since 2011, I have helped more than 150 companies in the US, Europe, Middle East, and Africa grow from 7-figure to 9-figure businesses by supercharging their people practices.

These companies ranged in size from 50 to 60,000 employees and revenues from a couple of million dollars to more than $20 billion.

Startups who are at the 7-figure revenue mark have proven that they have a viable market offering, yet 50% of them fail within the first 5 years!

From my experience with startups, poor business decisions and people practices are at the core of these failures.
