My Journey: From Entrepreneurial Roots to HR Leader
I’ve been immersed in the world of business and entrepreneurship from a young age, thanks to a family of entrepreneurs. This exposure taught me the highs and lows of running a business, instilling in me a passion for entrepreneurship that led to the launch of my first venture at just 13.
Since then, I’ve started five businesses, with varying degrees of success and failure, each teaching me invaluable lessons.
After a stint in IT and a failed MBA in Finance, I found my calling in HR during my time at UT Dallas. But it wasn’t until the 2008 financial crisis that I truly began to understand the critical role HR plays in business success.
My subsequent roles in business development and HR consulting further solidified this belief, leading me to establish Dynamic Recruit and later, Omcore Consulting.
The Birth of Organized Chaos
Organized Chaos was born out of frustration with the vague and often impractical advice given by so-called experts in the business podcast world.
I envisioned a platform where actionable, proven HR strategies could be shared with startup founders, CEOs, and HR leaders.
My goal is to help you navigate the chaos of rapid growth and transform it into organized, scalable processes.
